Is my information secure?
Convio, our service provider, has made every effort to protect your information. They use industry-standard SSL encryption techniques to make sure your credit card information, passwords and personal information travel securely over the Internet. They have also installed an encryption engine on our database server so your data is securely stored.
How is my credit card information handled?
Credit card information is not stored in our database. During the donation process, we send your credit card information to an online processing terminal using a secure connection. The information passed back is an approval or denial for the credit card donation.
I forgot my Username and Password.
Remember that your username and password are case sensitive. Go to the Welcome Page, click on login and follow directions on the user login page.
How do I change my Username and/or Password?
First, login to the site using your username and password. Once logged in you will see a link at the top of the page called "Update My Profile." Once in your profile, you will be able to change your contact information, e-mail address, username and password. All changes will be made to your account immediately. There is no need to sign in again.
How do I unsubscribe from e-mail?
Towards the bottom of each e-mail message there is a link stating, "Click Here to Unsubscribe from this E-mail Message." Click this link and follow the instructions given to unsubscribe.
What is a Team Page?
A team page is an online promotional tool for your use when asking your friends and family to join your team. Once you sign up form a team and register online, by default, you will have a team page created for you. You have the option of personalizing this page by going to your race center. You will be able to customize images, text and the style/color layout of the page.
What is a Personal Page?
A personal page is an online promotional tool for your use when asking your friends and family to join your team or sponsor you by making a donation. Once you sign up for an event online, by default, you will have a personal page created for you. You have the option of personalizing this page by going to your participant center. You will be able to customize images, text and the style/color layout of the page.
By default I have a personal page, do I have to change it?
Once you sign up for an event online, by default, you will have a personal page created for you. A compelling personal page attracts and engages supporters. While you can spread the word using customized e-mail solicitations, your personal campaign page can be your own creative expression of your commitment to the cause. Customize your page by selecting the layout and style that work best for you. Utilize the elements of text, photo and status indicators to their fullest advantage.
How do I change my personal fundraising goal?
First, you will need to login to your participant center. On the bottom right side of the participant center home page is the location to modify your personal fundraising goal. Enter your new goal and submit the changes.
How do I change my team name, team division or team goal?
Only the team captain has the ability to change the team name or team division. The team captain will need to login to his/her participant center and click the "My Team Progress" button on the top right. On the Team Progress Page, team captains will have the ability to update the team name, division and goal.
How can I see who has donated for me?
Login to the site using your Username and Password. Go to your Participant Center and click the "my progress" tab; this will allow you to view your donor list and any amounts having been donated.
How can I see who is on my team?
Login to the site using your Username and Password. Go to your Participant Center and click the "team progress" tab; this will allow you to view your team roster and the amounts raised by each team member.
What is a team message?
Simply go to your Participant Center and click the "Update Message to Team" button. This will allow you to make all necessary changes to your team message.
What is the difference between making my personal page private or public?
By default, a personal page is Public, meaning your name will appear in the participant search list, and anyone accessing the site will be able to support you. Setting your personal page to Private means your name will not appear in the participant search list, and only people you personally invite will be able to support you.
What is the cost to register online?
Team Member - $25
Individual - $25
Youth - $10
Sleep in for the Cure - $30
Graduate for the Cure - $10 - this does not include a race t-shirt.

Can I register someone else?
Yes, you may register another participant; however, you will need to have them verbally acknowledge the online waiver in order to be a participant in the Race and you will need to have all of their personal information (i.e. Email, address, DOB, t-shirt size, etc…) in order to register them.
Why can’t I use my email address for other people that I am registering?
If you have already registered yourself and you return to register others at a different time, your computer will recognize that you have already registered and prevent you from using your email address for others. If you are registering others it is required that you provide a separate email address for each participant.
In the event your participant does not have an email address (i.e. young child) then you will need to create a free account (even if they don’t plan to use it) for online registration purposes OR you can register the participant via paper registration form.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter as this will prevent duplicates in our database as well as prevent multiple emails going to the same address.

Can some of my team members register online and some with forms?
Yes. There is no requirement to register one-way or the other. However, as team captain you will have to Form the Team online and register yourself online first. Choose your team name from last year or designate a new Team Name.
How do I register if my company is paying my registration fee?
Your company must contact us to set up your team as corporate pay for online. A special designation will be given to you to provide to registrants. It can be set up for your company to pay a dollar amount or a percent of the fee. The company will be invoiced May 1st and due by May 31st. If you have paper entries, payment should accompany the entries. To request a code, please email mnota@komenboise.org
What is the new Shipping option?
New this year, if you register online, you will have the option to have your t-shirt and bib mailed to you. This should alleviate any inconveniences related to picking up your t-shirt and bib during the designated Packet Pick-up dates and times. The cost is $7.00 per participant.

Packet Pick up will be held at the University of Phoenix - 1422 S. Tech Lane, Meridian, ID 83642.

Can you guarantee my T-shirt sizes?
We do our best! We order shirts based on previous years’ registration numbers by size. Despite our best efforts we do run out occasionally of some sizes.
What about strollers, pets and inline skates?
Strollers are permitted, but only in the fun run/walk wave. For the safety of all participants, inline skates and pets are discouraged. Thank you for your cooperation.
What happens in event of rain?
The event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event there will be no refunds. Your entry fee will be used as a donation to the Boise Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
